Craft - Snowman Ornament

Hang this on a tree, in a window or place on a table as a cute winter decoration!

What You Need: 

1. clear glass ornament
2. artificial snow - or chopped-up white bags
3. acrylic paint - black
4. craft foam - orange
5. craft glue
6. ribbon
7. two 1" pom-poms
8. pipe cleaners (chenille stems)
9. small funnel
10. paint brush - small
11. scissors
    

What To Do:

1. Use the small funnel to fill the glass ornament with artificial snow. If you cannot find snow, you can cut white plastic bags into tiny pieces, but this is more difficult.

2. Paint eyes and a mouth on your snowman’s face. You can paint a real mouth or dots to look like rocks.
   
   
3. Cut a small nose out of craft foam and glue it in place.

4. Give your snowman a fancy bow for his neck using a piece of ribbon, cut about 12-inches long and tied in a bow. Glue it in place.

5. Glue two poms-poms onto the glass ball, directly across from each other on the sides of the snowman's head.

6. Cut a pipe cleaner to the right length and glue it between the two pom-poms so they look like earmuffs.
